Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Gamixie website and marketplace. By browsing listings or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service

Gamixie is an independent, community-run marketplace that facilitates player-to-player trades of Roblox limited items. Gamixie is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

2. Orders

Listed prices follow the live Roblox market and may change. The price shown on an item page at the time of order is the price that applies. Orders are recorded with an order ID and completed after payment is verified.

3. Payments

Payments are made in supported cryptocurrencies to the wallet shown during checkout. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address and for retaining your transaction ID as proof of payment.

4. Delivery

Items are delivered through manual player-to-player transfers after support confirms payment. Delivery timing depends on confirmation and availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for fraudulent activity, to submit false information, or to violate the Roblox Terms of Use. Gamixie may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamixie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace.

7. Changes
